Hi there! I'm so glad you're here, and I can't wait to work with you.

My passion for photography began in my teens when I borrowed my stepfather's Canon to capture the frogs and wildflowers on my family's farm in East Machias, Maine. From the start, I was drawn to the unique perspectives that often go unnoticed—like the way a buttercup or daisy looked from the ground up. I remember lying in the hay field, looking up at the flowers and thinking, "This deserves to be captured." So, I ran to grab the camera and created what I called a "bug's-eye view."

I moved to Portland to pursue a degree in political science and journalism, and photography remained an occasional hobby—but something I didn’t think could be my career. However, during my senior year at USM, I rediscovered my love for capturing moments and emotions. I invested in my own Canon and began taking my camera to local events and nature outings, all while working as a writer for a marketing company and bartending at night.

Before long, friends started asking me to take photos of them with their partner, then their families, and eventually their weddings. It was through these experiences that I realized how much I loved capturing special moments and connecting with people. Photography went from being a hobby to my true calling.

Now, I am so grateful to be doing what I love—meeting incredible people, creating lasting memories, and building connections. Whether you're looking for intimate couples photos, fresh branding images for your business, or a thoughtful and organized photographer to capture your wedding day, I’ve got you covered!

I’d love to hear from you. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or inquiries!
